Customer Service Rep

Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Rep



Requirements:


- Call Center experience is a MUST.


- No Healthcare experience necessary.


- Willing to work weekends, Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.


- 3rd shift: 10pm - 7am, Thurs-Mon


Nice-to-have:


- Medical terminology


- Bilingual Spanish speakers.


- Microsoft Excel skills.


Job Description:


Handles 50-100 inbound calls per night. Assists with reports using Excel. Able to keep cool and collected during calls from patients with emergencies. Able to dig for necessary information from vague questions such as "do you have a doctor who does this" or "I have an appointment today but I don't know where or with whom". These calls can take about 2 minutes as more information is needed. Training will be one on one and will start by shadowing someone so candidates can see how to work the system as well as the day to day operations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
