We're currently looking for a Client Finance Manager of Product Support. This is a virtual role open to all US locations
What this job involves:
You will partner with the Corporate Solutions Client Finance (CSCF) Leadership Team and the Regional Director of Corporate Solutions Client Finance Product Line Support to provide best practice solutions and support to new or existing client assignments
You will provide support to dedicated account based Client Finance teams including ensuring a strong foundation of internal controls and JLL best practices. This may include managing and providing direction across the Client Finance function
You will collaborate with dedicated account teams and the CSCF Leadership Team to support and optimize all key JLL Client Finance processes and implement best practices by providing advice and counsel to dedicated account teams to ensure our internal control processes and standards are functioning properly
You will ensure Client Finance accounting and reporting cycles are completed successfully, efficiently and timely in-accordance with JLL and the client's KPI objectives
You will deliver best in class training and provide on-site/virtual support during an assignment, as needed including establishing communication paths with the appropriate support teams (i.e: Regional Client Finance, Corporate Finance, Client Accounting Services and Treasury Management, etc)
Responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver changes needed to optimize, correct and transform Client Finance processes
Provide interim managerial support as needed (ie vacancy back-fill or trouble-shooting)
Contribute to the Growth of the Company by: supporting Client Finance corporate objectives that drive improvement and innovation, and maintaining a continual understanding of current best practices, data flows and service delivery applications

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA/CPA preferred
A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
Experience in account finance, support (preferred) , demonstrated high proficiency in financial and operational applications
Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic
Flexibility with working hours and overnight travel is required on an as needed basis
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills
Customer service orientation and strong presentation skills to internal and external parties
Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage/track time and workload to meet client needs.
Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities with a variety of clients and assignments

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
