Job Responsibilities Respond to Employee Portal access issues (e.
g.
, username/password issues) in our PrismHR system Respond to New Hire Onboarding access issues (e.
g.
, name/SSN mis-match research) Respond to internal employee and client reporting requests Serve as a back-up for PTO Requests and Approvals client level setup and implementation Serve as a back-up for New Hire Onboarding client level setup and implementation Serve as back-up for system demos for prospective clients Follow PrismHR quarterly releases, patches, and other system updates and then communicate important changes to internal staff and/or clients Learn UKG Kronos and act as back-up for current specialist Job Requirements Prior PrismHR, UKG Kronos, or other HRIS experience preferred Highly organized Personable demeanor for client interactions Recommended Skills Coordinating Human Resources Information System (Hris) Interpersonal Skills Payroll Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
