Construction Project Manager Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
Project managers coordinate with other departments and entities to accomplish project goals.
Responsibilities Develop project schedule to monitor and track progress Determine and define scope of work and deliverables Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs Review drawings, specifications and proposals and provide value engineering solutions Liaison between Crash Champions, contractors, and landlord Manage contracts with vendors and contractors Interface with finance department Collaborate with architects and engineers Ensure all local, state and building codes and regulations are adhered to Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Qualifications Experience in construction management or a similar position Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and self-directed Precise attention to detail Able to manage multiple projects Proficient with Microsoft Office Able to lead and manage employees Travel at least 25% In office role Submit a Referral (https:
