7B revenues Active and robust M&A pipeline Leading Private Equity Sponsor - Clearlake Capital Group Responsibilities Play an integral role in the Company's preparation of its consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures on aquarterly and annual basis in compliance with US GAAP in Workiva.
Ensure all support for underlying financial statements are accurate, including tie-outs.
Prepare disclosure checklists to ensure all disclosure requirements are met.
Assist in the development and comply with all internal control processes and requirements associated with financialreporting, and other technical areas.
Develop and improve existing financial reporting processes with focus on standardization and optimization.
Work with key stakeholders to identify potential technical accounting issues from new guidance or changes to thebusiness, including staying current on new US GAAP pronouncements and reporting developments.
Collaborate and play key role in drafting technical accounting positions and maintain accounting policy memos.
Maintain reconciliations for complex accounting areas such as debt, contingent consideration, equity.
Qualifications Must have strong work ethic and core working experience with financial reporting and analysis, from draft zero to reportissuance.
Must have strong knowledge of US GAAP and the ability to research and document conclusions on complex accountingtransactions.
Strong technical aptitude relating to accounting information systems.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Interpersonal skills necessary to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organization skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal executive-level communications, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, public accounting experience preferred, not required.
