Responsibilities:
List and sell residential or commercial real estate Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers Host open houses and other events Prepare market analysis to help determine property value Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Verify and disclose property facts to clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Types:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
